I am deeply motivated by possibility and potential.
The potential of people and companies, and what is possible when we strategically design systems, craft learning opportunities, and build environments that align with the vision for success.
about me
Through independent consulting and organizational leadership, I have worked with individuals (from the C-suite to the classroom) and companies (from multi-million dollar non-profits to small start ups) to solve complex problems, successfully manage through change, create strategic direction, establish accountability structures, and develop people strategies that improve culture, efficiency, and productivity.
My passion for this work has taken many forms over the last fifteen years, including: organizational leadership, systems building, consulting and technical assistance, learning and development, strategic planning, international research, early childhood education and youth development, and new immigrant services. I am authentic and curious. I work closely with partners, as a strategic problem solver who is motivated by the impact that is possible when we focus on the best of human potential.
degrees and certifications
I have a Master's Degree in Social Work, with a concentration in Community Organization. I am certified in Complex Change Theory and Strategic Visioning, as well as in Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) for Social Work Interns.
Why work with me?
Individuals and companies choose to work with me because they are looking for someone whose coaching and consulting approach is informed by real-world experience and success.
